BetUS has taken bets since 1994. It runs a full sportsbook, casino, racebook and poker room, answers the phone around the clock, and forum trackers show $5,000 crypto payouts landing within hours. Regulators or attorneys general in nine states have ordered it to stop serving their residents since 2024. Its bonus terms cost more than most of its bonuses give. A small number of dated reports allege withheld four figure balances, with no public resolution found as of 1 October 2026.

BetUS sells itself on size and service: big welcome bonuses, a personal account manager and three decades in business. This review covers what it offers, what its bonuses are worth and what the public record says about getting paid. We have not deposited at BetUS this cycle. Under methodology v2.2 the score is built from BetUS’s own published terms, two years of dated public record and regulator documents, and its operating history.

Claim CAS250Read the rollover before you pick. On a $100 deposit, BET100 needs about $1,760 in stake at -110 to clear if the rollover counts deposit plus bonus. NEW200’s sports half needs $2,200, and JOIN200’s needs $4,950. Baseball counts at half, and props, futures and quarters do not count. A bigger percentage is not the better deal unless you were going to bet that volume anyway.
Ask before accepting free plays or chips. BetUS’s terms cap payouts from special free plays at five times the credit, and customers allege the cap has been applied to whole balances.
All codes need a deposit, and most expire 7 days after they are credited. Terms verified against BetUS’s promotion pages on 1 October 2026 and subject to change, so confirm in the cashier before depositing. See all sixteen codes, their full terms and the rollover math.

Bottom line
A long established book with a full product and 24/7 service, held back by an unpublished payout ceiling, contradictory terms, bonus rollovers that cost more than they give, and a record of state enforcement.
Built on BetUS’s published terms, its public payout and complaint record over 24 months and its operating history, scored under methodology v2.2. We have not tested BetUS with our own money this cycle.
Trust gate checked: did not fire
Our gate caps a sportsbook at 4.5 when three or more credible, unresolved nonpayment reports fall inside twelve months. Under our complaint rule a report is credible when it has an amount, a date, a mechanism and a follow up record showing it was still open, whether or not the operator replied. We found one report that meets every part of that test, and two that do not:
- Qualifies: Bookmakers Review forum, member dsdsaed32, latest update 27 June 2026. The member says the account was blocked after “more than 50 bets in a couple of hours” that “won $8,000 from a $500 deposit”. On 18 June they wrote “They haven’t been able to pay me for half a year now”, and on 27 June that BetUS would not explain why. It qualifies on amount, date, mechanism and follow up posts showing it still open. No later post reports payment, and we found no public resolution as of 1 October 2026 Alleged. A long standing member in the same thread questioned the claim. Post of 27 June 2026.
- Does not qualify: BBB complaint, 11 May 2026. The complaint alleges $5,574.62 in winnings withheld behind a $25,000 rollover the customer says he never agreed to, then a suspended account Alleged. It has an amount, a date and a mechanism, but no follow up record.
- Does not qualify: BBB complaint, 21 May 2026. A Louisiana customer alleges a blocked $1,000 withdrawal and separately demands a refund of deposits made after the state’s cease and desist Alleged. Again there is no follow up record.
BBB marks both complaints “Unpursuable”, which BBB uses when it cannot locate the business. That status tells us BBB could not reach BetUS. It does not show whether the customer was later paid. With one qualifying report the gate does not fire, and the weighted total of 6.1 stands. A separate complainant, adg199, opened the same Bookmakers Review thread on 13 May 2026 and reported being paid on 30 June. That case is not one of the three above.
What BetUS does well is breadth and access. It offers a sportsbook with same game parlays, a prop builder and odds boosts, a casino, a racebook and a poker room, plus phone, chat and email support around the clock and personal account managers from the Silver loyalty tier up. Bettors on Bookmakers Review logged $5,000 crypto payouts in 8 to 12 hours through the first half of 2026. One Sportsbook Review member described a five figure season withdrawn in $5,000 pieces, “typically” within an hour.
What costs it is what happens around the cashier, and what the terms say. The table below collects the disagreements between BetUS’s own pages. Each is discussed once, where it costs the reader money.
| Topic | One BetUS page says | Another BetUS page says |
|---|---|---|
| Licence and law | Terms: comply with the laws of “the Island of Mwali-Comoros” | Terms 1.4: governed by the laws of “Netherlands Antilles”; general rules: “governed by the laws of Costa Rica” |
| Rollover base | “The rollover is the bonus multiplied by the playthrough requirement” | “Rollover = Deposit + Bonus amount multiplied by the required playthrough” (same page) |
| Withdrawal ceiling | “The daily money limit ranges from $100 to $3,000” | Crypto “$5,000+ (varies by bonus)” (same page) |
| Minimum withdrawal | “Not less than $10” (payout guide) | About $50 for crypto and cards (limits page) |
| SB200 bonus | “$1,000 on your First 3 Deposits” (promotions card) | “200% Sports Bonus up to $2,000” (detail page) |
| Casino bonus cashout | “Casino max cashout: $1,000” (rollover guide) | $2,500 (JOIN225) and “$5,000 maximum release” (JOIN200) |
BetUS at a glance
Who BetUS suits, and who should look elsewhere
Where BetUS is stronger
- You want everything in one account. Sportsbook, casino, racebook and poker share one wallet and one login.
- You want a person to call. Phone, chat and email run 24/7, and Silver tier and above get a dedicated number to an account manager.
- You bet recreationally on US sports and like same game parlays, a prop builder and odds boosts.
- You fund with crypto. Crypto payouts carry no banking fee and are the fastest route out.
Look elsewhere if
- You care about price. BetUS prices at standard -110 and offers no reduced juice.
- You win regularly. The rules reserve the right to limit stakes, and winning bettors report restrictions on live betting and esports.
- You accept free plays or casino chips. The terms cap payouts from special free plays at five times the credit, and disputes over how that cap is applied recur in BetUS complaints.
- You live in a state that has ordered BetUS out. Nine regulators have acted since 2024; see our BetUS legal states page.
What BetUS offers
Sportsbook. The sportsbook menu lists the US majors, college football and basketball, soccer, tennis, golf, boxing and MMA, NASCAR and motor sports, rugby, esports and politics. It also has Prop Builder, Odds Boost and Same Game Parlays sections Confirmed. BetUS’s wagering help page sets out the bet types:
- Parlays: 2 to 20 teams, with “maximum parlay payout is $200,000”.
- Teasers: up to 15 teams on football and basketball.
- Others: if bets of up to 6 selections, round robins and action reverse bets.
Live betting covers the majors, soccer, tennis and golf. BetUS’s live betting page mentions cash out control. We found no published sports betting maximums beyond a legacy FAQ’s “$5,000” online limit, and the general rules reserve “the right to limit the maximum amount staked.”
Casino. BetUS’s own casino lobby page did not load for us. Bookmakers Review counts more than 500 games from Betsoft, Dragon Gaming and Nucleus, including about 400 slots and about 50 table games. It lists live dealer blackjack, roulette and baccarat Reported. BetUS’s bonus terms name “BetUS Casino, Classic Casino, Nucleus and Betsoft Gaming” as the platforms where bonus play counts. Live dealer play never counts toward rollover.
Racebook and poker. The racebook rules group tracks into five categories, with maximum payouts per race from $2,000 to $40,000. A single player can win at most “$50,000” in 24 hours Confirmed. The poker room runs on its own client, with a $22 Saturday Main Event guaranteeing $5,000, freerolls and daily turbos. Cash games and private tables are listed as coming.
Platform. BetUS runs in the browser. Its sportsbook FAQ says: “Currently, BetUS does not offer a downloadable app. Please be aware that any ‘BetUS’ apps listed in the Apple or Google Play stores are not associated with the company.” Two factor authentication is available and optional, under a help article dated June 2026. Deposit limits and self exclusion are set by calling support rather than in the account, and BetUS says a self exclusion “cannot be reversed.”
Banking. The deposit help pages list Bitcoin, Bitcoin Lightning, Ethereum, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Tether and USDC, plus cards, Zelle, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. BetUS says the methods available depend on where you are. Payouts by crypto carry no banking fee. BetUS says “some withdrawal methods… are subject to a payout fee,” and a June 2026 BBB complaint describes a $45 bank transfer fee. Every deposit needs at least 1x rollover before withdrawal, and “a 72-hour hold will be placed on payouts after a credit card deposit is made” Confirmed.
Loyalty. BetUS Rewards earns points on sports wagers and casino net losses across six tiers, and Money Back Mondays returns up to $500 a week on net losses, at 15x rollover.
How BetUS scores
| Category | Weight | Score | Rating | Confidence | Contribution |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Payout reliability | 25% | 6.5 | Medium | 1.63 | |
| Winner treatment and limits | 25% | 6.0 | Medium | 1.50 | |
| Market making, depth and price | 20% | 7.5 | Medium, provisional | 1.50 | |
| Reputation and complaints | 10% | 6.0 | High | 0.60 | |
| Trust, transparency and security | 10% | 4.5 | High | 0.45 | |
| Bonus real value | 5% | 3.5 | High | 0.18 | |
| Support, usability and features | 5% | 5.0 | Low, provisional | 0.25 | |
| Weighted total | 100% | 6.1 | |||
| Trust gate | Did not fire |
The unrounded weighted total is 6.075. Weights are v2.2’s, the same as our Bet105 and BookMaker reviews. Market making and support are provisional because we have not run our own price sample or the five question support protocol. Full rules are on how we rate sportsbooks.
Payout reliability and withdrawal performance
Capacity first, and BetUS does not publish it clearly. Its limits page says “the daily money limit ranges from $100 to $3,000.” Its own table on the same page gives crypto withdrawals “~$50 / $5,000+ (varies by bonus)” and bank transfers “$5,000+”. A section headed “Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Restrictions” gives no figures. No weekly or monthly ceiling is published anywhere we could find Not published. Bettors report crypto withdrawals of $5,000 at a time, and one Sportsbook Review member described up to three in a day. Those reports show payments of that size, not a maximum. Wizard of Odds reports bank wires capped at $3,000 per 72 hours Reported.
| Method | Min and max per withdrawal | Stated time | Evidence |
|---|---|---|---|
| Crypto | ~$50 / $5,000+ | 24 to 48 hours after approval, no banking fee | Confirmed limits page |
| Cards | ~$50 / ~$3,000 | 3 to 5 business days | Confirmed limits page |
| E-wallets | ~$50 / ~$3,000 | 1 to 3 business days | Confirmed limits page |
| Bank transfer | ~$100 / $5,000+ | 5 to 10 business days, manual approval | Confirmed limits page |
| Weekly or monthly cap | Not stated | Not stated | Not published |
The positive record is real. Bookmakers Review’s 2026 payout trackers carry BetUS entries most months. In February, March and April bettors logged $5,000 in Bitcoin in 8 to 12 hours each, then $1,500 in under 12 hours, Litecoin inside 4 hours in May and a low four figure sum in under 2 hours in July Alleged. In February 2025 a Sportsbook Review member reported “$9800… in a few hours.” We found no dated single payout of $10,000 or more inside the window.
This category scores 6.5, in the 6.0 to 7.4 band:
- No findable cap. No weekly or monthly ceiling is published, so the 7.5 band is out of reach on its own terms.
- One credible open report. The $8,000 Bookmakers Review report in the gate box meets our complaint rule. Two BBB complaints allege withheld balances of $5,574.62 and $1,000 but have no follow up record. We cannot turn these counts into a rate of nonpayment, because neither complaints nor voluntary payout posts tell us how many withdrawals BetUS processes.
Verification is also heavier than the published policy suggests. BetUS publishes the documents it wants: government ID and front and back copies of every card used. Players on both forums describe being asked for a selfie and a live Zoom video call before larger withdrawals, which the help pages do not mention Alleged. Our offshore KYC guide covers what to have ready.
Winner treatment and betting limits
BetUS does not market itself to sharp bettors and its rules do not pretend otherwise. The general rules say BetUS “reserves the right to limit the maximum amount staked.” The terms add “We reserve the right to refuse or limit any wager(s)” Confirmed. Bookmakers Review’s review says you “cannot request increases in bet limits.” The only published maximum we found is a legacy FAQ’s “Internet: minimum $5; maximum $5,000,” which may be out of date.
The forum record matches the rules:
- A winning account on good terms. A long standing Bookmakers Review member said in June 2026 that he was “up with them 50k ~ 60k” and still got bonuses, but was “restricted from live betting and esports.”
- A blocked account. The $8,000 report in the gate box describes an account blocked after a fast winning run.
- Limits during rollover. Another member wrote in July 2026 that BetUS “voids mistake lines and limits accounts during rollovers.”
All are Alleged.
A recurring dispute is not about stake limits at all. The terms say “Payouts from special free plays are capped at [5x] the original promo credit amount” Confirmed. That clause covers payouts from special free plays. It does not say whether it reaches a whole balance that later includes cash funded winnings, and that is where the disputes sit. The terms also do not say which promotions count as special free plays, or how the cap is shown when one is accepted:
- September 2026, BBB. A customer who used a $25 no deposit free play says BetUS told him he could withdraw only $250 of a $1,141.44 balance, with “$891.44” to be forfeited. He says staff first quoted $125, then $250. Five times $25 is $125, so the figures he was given do not match the published cap, and he asked BetUS for the original promotional terms.
- October 2025, Sportsbook Review. A member says a casino chip’s cashout limit was applied to the whole sportsbook balance: “They removed $1530 from my balance and cashed out $100.”
- 2025 and 2026, Sportsbook Review. Other members describe a $125 ceiling on balances of about $1,600.
All are Alleged. We treat them as disputed promotional cashout restrictions. A published cap does not show that it applied to a given promotion, that it was disclosed when the credit was accepted, or that it was calculated correctly. They are not scored as nonpayment, and they are scored in trust as a terms finding. Before accepting any free credit, ask support in writing which cap applies and whether it covers winnings from your own deposits.
Winner treatment verdict: Average to Poor. We score it 6.0: no published main market limits, a broad limit clause, and credible reports of restrictions after winning, but no documented voiding of settled winning bets outside the error rule.
Market making, depth and price
BetUS follows the market at standard pricing. Its wagering page builds the parlay table on “Standard -110” selections. Bookmakers Review says “Reduced juice is not available,” and BetUS is not tracked on its odds comparison Reported. We found no coverage of BetUS originating lines that other books copy, and forum regulars have described “stale lines” and “dime lines.”
Depth is where BetUS earns its score. It covers the US majors with props, live betting, same game parlays, a prop builder and odds boosts, alongside politics, esports and a long list of international sports. The racebook and poker room add products many offshore books do not carry. Under v2.2, following the market with full depth at -110 sits in the 7.5 to 8.9 band. With no published reduced juice and no measured price data, it scores 7.5, provisional until we run our own 60 observation price sample.
Assuming a 50% true win probability on each bet, at -110 a bettor gives up $45.45 per $1,000 staked on average. That is $8.42 more than at a -108 book and $21.65 more than at -105.
Reputation and complaint pattern
BetUS has operated since 1994 and is based in Costa Rica, according to Michigan’s regulator. Florida’s regulator names “Milvus Ltd, d/b/a BetUS.com.pa”, and CCN reports that Milvus took over after a 2020 change of ownership Reported. That gives about six years under current ownership on the record.
We read every BetUS thread we could reach from October 2024 to October 2026, plus the BBB and Trustpilot profiles:
- Forums. Twelve threads on Bookmakers Review and Sportsbook Review, plus the 2026 Bookmakers Review payout trackers.
- BBB. 96 complaints in three years, every 2026 complaint on the first page marked “Unpursuable.”
- Trustpilot. 3.8 from about 3,560 reviews. Trustpilot is unmoderated, so we read it for pattern only.
Reddit could not be searched with our tools.
The pattern is consistent across all three sources:
- verification that escalates at withdrawal;
- rollovers players say they did not expect;
- free play cashout caps;
- repeated sales calls.
Against that, many payouts go through without incident. The member who opened the May 2026 “BetUS no pay” thread, adg199, reported being paid on 30 June. That is a different complainant from the $8,000 report in the same thread.
Engagement is uneven. BetUS replies to about 95% of negative Trustpilot reviews within 48 hours. It is absent from the forums and, on BBB’s record, unreachable. It has made no public response to any of the regulator orders below.
Those orders are part of the reputation record:
- Florida, 3 February 2025 Confirmed.
- Illinois, 11 February 2025 Confirmed.
- Maryland, March 2025 Confirmed.
- Tennessee, a $50,000 fine on 17 April 2025 Confirmed.
- Arizona, 18 April 2025 Reported.
- Michigan, 7 May 2025 Confirmed.
- Louisiana, June 2025 Reported.
- Minnesota, the attorney general in November 2025 Reported.
- Mississippi, 2024 Reported.
None alleges nonpayment. Each says BetUS is taking bets in that state without a licence. Scored on the pattern, with long operating history set against recurring disputes and inconsistent engagement, reputation is a 6.0.
Trust, transparency and account security
What BetUS gets right. It names its documents and publishes most of its terms. Its help center sets out deposit and withdrawal methods, the verification documents it wants and a rollover guide. Two factor authentication is available. Florida’s regulator names an operating company. The regulators also confirm the basics: Michigan states BetUS “is licensed only in the Comoros Union (Mwali).”
What costs it. Three separate questions need separate answers, and not every difference is a contradiction:
- Where BetUS operates from. Costa Rica, according to Michigan’s regulator and the Illinois letter’s San José address. An operating base in one country and a licence in another is normal offshore.
- Who licenses it. Here the sources disagree. Michigan’s regulator says BetUS “is licensed only in the Comoros Union (Mwali),” and BetUS’s terms reference Mwali, but BetUS’s own company description on Trustpilot says it “is licensed in Curacao.”
- Which law governs the contract. The two documents conflict. Terms clause 1.4 says “the laws and regulations of Netherlands Antilles,” a jurisdiction dissolved in 2010. The general rules say every transaction is “governed by the laws of Costa Rica.”
No licence number appears anywhere. We have not verified a current licence covering this operator and domain. Even a valid Mwali licence would not authorise BetUS in any US state, which is exactly what nine US regulators have told it. The footer still calls BetUS “a fully licensed sportsbook.”
The operating terms contradict each other in the places that cost money: the rollover base, the withdrawal ceiling, the minimum withdrawal, the SB200 amount and the casino bonus cashout cap, all set out in the table above. NEW200’s page lists Pai Gow and roulette as games bonus funds cannot be used on, then gives both a contribution rate. Two factor authentication is optional rather than required on withdrawals. Responsible gambling limits need a phone call rather than an account setting.
Under v2.2 the trust bands turn on whether terms are published, whether they agree, and whether 2FA and RG tools are present. Here the terms are published but contradict each other on key points, and the security and RG tools are present but basic. That places trust in the 4.0 to 5.9 band, at 4.5.
What the bonuses are worth
BetUS lists seven sign up codes and nine reload codes. The headline percentages are large. The rollover rules are what decide the value:
- only the lower of risk or win counts;
- baseball counts at half;
- props, futures and quarters do not count;
- only the first $2,000 of any wager counts;
- most offers expire 7 days after they are credited.
NEW200 states its base: 10x “the combined deposit and bonus amount.” The other codes do not, and BetUS’s rollover guide gives both readings on the same page, so we show both.
| Code, on a $100 deposit | Sports bonus | Rollover | Retained if rollover is on deposit plus bonus | Retained if rollover is on bonus only |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| NEW200 | $100 | 10x, stated base | $5 | Not applicable |
| BET100 | $100 | 8x | $25 | $60 |
| SB200 | $200 | 14x | Minus $5 | $60 |
| JOIN225, sports part | $100 | 14x | Minus $35 | $30 |
| JOIN200, sports part | $150 | 18x | Minus $70 | $15 |
These are conditional estimates, not measurements. They assume:
- wagers at -110 on qualifying non-baseball sides and totals;
- rollover credit at the lower of risk or win;
- the 1x rollover every deposit already carries is subtracted where the base includes the deposit;
- no bust before clearing.
Clearing on baseball doubles the stake needed.
The casino side is worse: NEW200, CAS200 and CAS250 casino bonuses all lose money at a 96% slot return before any cashout cap applies.
The best value on the list is BET100, at 8x. It keeps $25 to $60 of a $100 bonus depending on the base. NEW200’s sports half, BetUS’s lead offer, keeps about $5. Bonus value scores 3.5. Some offers are positive on the bonus only reading, but SB200’s headline card and detail page disagree, the FIRST200 page contradicts itself, and the 7 day expiry is short. Every code, its terms and the full maths are on our BetUS bonus codes page.
Support, usability and features
Support is BetUS’s strongest operational point on paper: phone at 1-888-512-3887, live chat and email, all 24/7, with personal account managers from the Silver tier. Third party reviews disagree on how good it is. The complaints add two specific problems:
- Answers that contradict each other. In September 2026 one customer was told his free play cashout limit was $125, then $250.
- Sales calls. Customers report repeated calls they had asked to stop.
Staff quoting different figures on a point that costs the reader money puts support in the 4.0 to 5.9 band. We did not run our five question protocol, so this 5.0 is provisional.
If BetUS refuses to pay you
Your options are narrow:
- No US regulator. None has authority over your account. BetUS references a Mwali licence, but publishes no licence number or complaints route, and we have not verified that one exists.
- Final decisions. BetUS’s rules make its decisions final.
- BBB. Its record shows the company does not respond there.
- Forums. Public posts with amounts and dates have sometimes been followed by payment, as with the member who opened the May 2026 Bookmakers Review thread and reported being paid on 30 June.
If you intend to withdraw, ask support in writing before accepting any free play or casino chip what cashout cap applies and to which part of your balance. Keep every chat transcript and keep the balance low. Crypto cannot be charged back. Our explainer on the real risks of offshore sportsbooks covers the rest.
What we could not verify
- A current licence covering BetUS and this domain. No licence number is published, and the terms name three jurisdictions.
- Milvus Ltd’s registration, jurisdiction and beneficial owners.
- Any weekly or monthly withdrawal ceiling, and any current published sports betting maximum.
- The rollover base for every code except NEW200.
- Which US states the welcome packages exclude. Terms 10.7 says they are “only available to certain states” without naming them.
- The casino lobby and game count from BetUS itself. Its casino page did not load.
- Card fees. BetUS publishes no percentage. Bookmakers Review reports 7.5%.
- Reddit, and the outcome of the $8,000 forum report and the two BBB complaints.
- Our own deposit, withdrawal, price sample and support protocol. All scheduled for the January retest.
Alternatives to BetUS
| If you prioritise | Try instead | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Getting large sums out | BookMaker | Publishes $25,000 per weekday crypto request and $100,000 a month, and has a strong public payout record. Also -110. |
| Price | Bet105 | Publishes -103 to -105 on major markets, against BetUS’s -110. |
| A recreational book with a big welcome | Bovada | Built for the same customer. Also the subject of state cease and desist orders, so check its review first. |
Ordered on merit. We hold commercial relationships with some of the books above and not others, and that has no bearing on this ordering.
Common questions
Is BetUS legit?
BetUS is a real, long running offshore operator. It has taken bets since 1994, is based in Costa Rica, and Florida’s regulator names Milvus Ltd as the company behind it. It is not licensed in any US state, and nine state regulators or attorneys general have ordered it to stop serving their residents since 2024. Many payouts go through. One forum report and two BBB complaints from 2026 allege withheld balances, with no public resolution found as of 1 October 2026. We rate it 6.1.
Does BetUS pay out?
Often, yes. Bookmakers Review’s 2026 payout trackers log $5,000 Bitcoin withdrawals arriving in 8 to 12 hours and smaller Litecoin payouts within hours. BetUS states crypto payouts take 24 to 48 hours after approval with no banking fee. Against that, a Bookmakers Review member alleges an $8,000 balance unpaid since early 2026, and two May 2026 BBB complaints allege withheld balances of $5,574.62 and $1,000. We found no public resolution as of 1 October 2026. Players also describe selfie and Zoom video verification before larger withdrawals.
What is the BetUS free play cashout cap?
BetUS’s terms say payouts from special free plays are capped at five times the original promo credit amount, so a $25 free play would pay out at most $125. Customers allege the cap has been applied to whole balances of $1,141 and $1,600, and one was quoted $125 and then $250. The terms do not say how far the cap reaches. Ask support in writing which cap applies before accepting any free credit.
Does BetUS have an app?
No. BetUS’s sportsbook FAQ says it does not offer a downloadable app and warns that any BetUS apps in the Apple or Google Play stores are not associated with the company. You bet through the mobile website, which carries the full sportsbook, casino, racebook and poker. Two factor authentication is available as an optional account setting.
Where is BetUS licensed?
Michigan’s regulator says BetUS is licensed only in the Comoros Union (Mwali). BetUS’s own terms mention Mwali but say they are governed by the laws of the Netherlands Antilles, its general rules cite Costa Rica, and its Trustpilot description says Curacao. No licence number is published. We have not verified a current licence covering this operator and domain, and none of these would authorise BetUS in a US state.
Which BetUS bonus is the best value?
On our calculation at -110, BET100 at 8x rollover keeps $25 to $60 of a $100 sports bonus, depending on whether the rollover counts the deposit. NEW200, BetUS’s headline offer, keeps about $5 of its $100 sports bonus because the 10x rollover applies to deposit plus bonus. The casino welcome offers lose money at typical slot returns. Full maths is on our BetUS bonus codes page.

Operator claims are identified as operator claims. Public complaints are treated as allegations unless corroborated; BBB complaints are counted as dated, specific reports, not as established facts. - Rewritten and scored under methodology v2.2 and moved to this URL. Rating moved from 8.4 to 6.1. The previous version described a Curaçao licence, gave 2011 as the founding year, led with promo code JOIN125, which is not on BetUS’s current promotions page, and did not mention the card deposit hold, payout caps or regulator orders.
